The short changed me on a refund charged me $20 for shipping and did not refund the tax for the original purchase. Six times they have told me it’s going to be taken care of by our finance department and yet no reply and it’s been over a month and I’ve done three follow-ups. I’ve escalated this PayPal. This is completely fraudulent.

I ordered a pair of gloves and a jacket and the gloves never arrived. When I notified the company that the gloves did not arrive with the jacket and requested a refund for the gloves, my request for a refund was completely ignored. I sent followup emails and have heard nothing for weeks. If I could give no stars I would. At this point, the charge on my account is considered theft!

Great product but the worst customer service & problem resolution I have ever encountered with a company. Placed an order for $30,000 since they wouldn't open a wholesale account for me even though we are a legitimate bricks & mortar retailer. I had to follow up with them for 2 weeks after to get any ship dates or tracking info, 57 items were short shipped, after Coolibar blamed their fulfillment company staff, then UPS (they never took ownership of the short shipment) I argued to have this issue escalated to their CFO & 7 weeks later (after countless phone calls, emails & wasting the customers time) they finally credited back the missing units. My advice, order from Amazon, at least you'll have the piece of mind, customer service & faster shipping.

I ordered three items in January 2024 - they took my money immediately but no goods arrived. I chased and chased but they said my order had been cancelled so my money should be refunded. I am still waiting for the refund. They cannot find my payment and have now stopped communicating with me. Do not order from them - you may not get the goods. Dreadful customer service.

They shipped a hat in a plastic bag unprotected. It arrived like you would imagine, crushed, destroyed and totally unwearable. I returned and it cost me $28.66 to transact with these fraudulent sellers. They make money on the returns.

I ordered 3 things, 2 came and they were completely the wrong size. The other one didn’t come at all. I’m returning their mis-sent items and having to pay for the return. I’m furious, won’t buy anything else that’s for sure.

This company CHARGES FOR RETURNS and this is not clearly stated on their website. The website says unworn, in original packaging, and within 30 days. DON'T BUY from this company because shopping there costs money.

Quality has drastically declined. I have shopped with this company previously with no problem. Recent orders have been unacceptable quality. Swim jackets with zippers so flimsy they will not zip. Clothing with permanent wrinkles from shipping folds, skirts with a noxious smell even after 3 washings. I don’t know why quality has slipped to this unacceptable level but si will no longer purchase from this company that once had a good product!
