I like their products but their customer service sucks. I've sent two emails about issues with their websites (sales masks appearing as full price in their carts and they won't fix it) and got no response back. That's bad.

Although the negative reactions ordered, uv clothes by Coolibar. There is not much to buy in Europe. The size was too big so send it back. No problems and the money within 3 weeks on my bank account. Ordered a smaller size, satisfied with the quality

Good products, but two stars because I've found customer service availability and responsiveness to be severely lacking at this company. As I write this, customer chat is not available, an (800) customer service number gives a recording instructing to email. And my customer queries sent via their website form have yielded no response, despite wanting to buy but asking about lack of availability in sizes. Frustrating.

Placed an order on their website on June 19, was given an estimated delivery date of June 24. On June 20, I was sent an email saying my order was “on my way”, when in reality only a shipping label had been created. By June 25, the items had still not been dispatched, so I emailed them to ask for immediate sending of the articles. No reply until today (June 28). Today I tried to call them using the number on their website, which yielded in me listening to an automated message saying that they were “unable” to accept any calls at the moment. The order has still not shipped. There is no possibility to cancel the order online, as their creation of a shipping label means they consider the order to be “on its way”, which is simply not true and basically a scam. I am filing a chargeback dispute with my credit card company. Would strongly advise anyone to refrain from buying from Coolibar, save yourself the hassle!

Awful quality control, frustrating customer service. Do not recommend. Ordered three items. Item #1 I had ordered previously in a different colour. It arrived three sizes smaller, labelled the same size. I requested a return and have been waiting for a refund since. Item #2 (Rhodes shirt) the buttons fell off in the first wash, before wearing. I contacted them again and was refunded partially, not the full price I paid. Since then my emails have been responded to with an automated “this problem has been resolved”. Frustrated doesn’t even come close to it. I just want to send them the unwearable Rhodes shirt and have my money refunded. Currently processing a charge back with the credit card company. So many hours wasted trying to chase this refund. Absolutely avoid Coolibar.

I recently placed my first order with Coolibar. It will be my last. There is no customer service. The return process is customer unfriendly and the fact that one cannot do an online return is an ancient way to do business in this day and age.  I called customer service at 10:15 EST, you open at 10 am, and was on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up. I would not order another item from you if it was the last SPF piece of clothing on earth.

Generally very good quality items. Out of a huge clothing order I only returned one top, and that was only because I changed my mind re. its color. I was worried having read the negative reviews, but the refund process was fine after an average wait of a couple of weeks. It's true that they don't answer the phone - but they did respond to my email / contact form. When I complained that a separate item hadn't been delivered, it was very swiftly located and received - so they seem very reliable to me.
