Items are stylistically interesting for activewear but quality is medium/uneven. Because they charge for both shipping and return labels, the potential cost of return ($14-15) isn’t really worth an online order — unless you’re 100% confident the item will work for you. Customer service seems to have improved compared with other reviews; for example I got a response within an hour of emailing.

Worst customer service. Inaccurate address was entered. Coolibar was called 12 hours later and would not change address. Speaking to a manager was no help. They said I should sort it out with UPS. Huh?? Won’t use them again.

I just placed an order for 6 XL shirts. They sent the one shirt at XS. I was taking advantage of their spend $250 and get 50% off. They told me if I returned the XS, I would lose the discount. They said it was what I ordered. I'm not sure how I could make that mistake and believe it was their error. I will not use them again.

j'ai commandé des articles qui ne convenaient pas, j'ai déclenché une procedure de retour dans les règles.On m'a indiqué que sur 168€ on me rembousait 158€, soit une retenu de 10€ pour le retour ce qui est normal. J'avais payé par paypal, n'ayant pas de nouvelle, j'ai déclenché un litiges auquel je n'ai pas donné suite, car Coolibar m'annonçait me rembourser les 158€,je ne les ais jamais reçu, Paypal les a recontacté plusieurs fois mais il ne réponde pas. N'acheter jamais sur ce site cela s'appelle su vol.

I bought an umbrella at 50 dollars and the handle got jammed and wouldn’t open at the third use. My last package says delivered but was not there. They were not willing to make any amends and kept saying it was delivered. This is a company of scam. How effective would their products be if their service is of this abysmally poor quality?

Do not buy from Coolibar. Their customer service is terrible. They do not exchange sizes so you have to pay for returns and then pay to purchase a new size. If you purchase during a sale you will then pay full price. They send generic email. Zero personal messages or care. I returned my entire order as I do not want to support a company with such bad customer service and policies.

I have been buying from Coolibar since 2006. Something has changed in the last year,,,, Their customer service is a 0. Their clothing style has changed . The last piece I bought I will not wear. I wont be shopping at Coolbar anymore!

They deserve 0 stars. Ordered my hat express and a week later they still haven’t gotten my shipping label ready. So, they had me pay extra to get it sooner and are just taking their time. Do not trust this company POS
