Placed an order, received email with a promotion buy 2 get one free. I emailed a few minutes after placing my order. Customer service would not honor as they said the order was already processed. Yet not even pick up from ups, actually I still have not received the 2 yet. Very disappointing and I believe poor customer service. I was wearing a top that was purchased last summer from them a couple gals asked where I bought it. I did give them the site. Now I’m going to tell them …look at the reviews. Lesson learned.

The hat is great for the hot summers we have here it’s very light weight and airy. The sun dress is a beautiful color, well made and fits perfectly

Products are HORRIBLE...don't buy! Both the swim leggings and long sleeve shirt I purchased faded horribly within 2 months. Whatever the treatment is that they put on their products started coming off...a sticky mess. It even got all over my leather car seat. The pants stretched out lengthwise by at least 12 inches once the fabric treatment rubbed off, and they became so sheer that you could see through them. I had to throw them out. I asked for a refund and they adamantly refused. Would only give me a gift card for products I don't want. 😡

Takes them one month to fully process a return. After they finally processed the return, they tried to refund me less than the price paid. If I hadn’t double checked my original order, they would have succeeded in ripping me off!

Ordered a hat from this website. Didn’t show up. No communication from the company, just randomly received a refund. Do NOT order from this site expecting standard e-commerce. Terrible. I read Coolibar’s reply, and want to reiterate that no communications regarding my order existed between my 3/21 order confirmation and a 4/17 refund notice (without an out of stock explanation, but even if that had been included - WAY too long after the order to get such a notice). $25 won’t lure me back to such a mismanaged platform.
