I ordered the clothes based on the sizing chart only to find that they were too small.

Suit is super cute. Sizing is way off. I sized down per their chart measurements and reviews, and I think the XS is actually made for a 12-year-old. I tried to contact customer service and was told 15 minutes wait for live chat. I gave up an hour and a half later and just bought a larger size figuring I'd deal with them later. They emailed me eventually but honestly it's such a hassle to deal with them I'm not even sure I'm gonna return the ones that don't fit...maybe hand them off to an actual tween.

I placed an order late last night, and made the limit for free two day shipping. When I got the confirmation email, I noticed I was placed under standard shipping. I waited till the morning to call customer service explaining that I just wanted the shipping speed I was promised. Customer service is unable to do anything, so why even have customer service if you won’t do anything? Since the call might be recorded, I made sure to mention that I will never purchase anything ever from them again. This is ridiculous, there is zero customer service. It is purely there because they have to have a customer service button. I am so disappointed because I heard these items were good, but you can’t run a company on just good items with Zero customer service. It has put a sour taste in my mouth, honestly I don’t even want to try their items anymore.

I recently made my first purchase of the Maho weekend pants. I was hesitant on sizing but took advantage of the smart return option. The delivery took longer than I expected and there was a little snafu but when I called customer service they took care of it. These pants are the answer to my prayers! I wore them today and they were very comfortable, cool and provided the protection I've been looking for. The fit was perfect. They look great too. I have another order on the way and can't wait to get it! I'm anxious to try different style pants and tops too. While my relationship with the sun has forever changed these pants provided me a level of protection that enabled me to enjoy being outside again. Thank you!

Product shipped like garbage, items slammed in poorly taped box that was inappropriate, hat was crushed. Had to steam to reshape it. Website is great for sellng but makes human contact about a complaint virtially impossible.

Jacket is medium but is a BIG MEDIUM Takes a long time to get here.

Quality of top was great. Would have given it a 5 but the sizing runs small compared to the size guide.
