I ordered a hat from Coolibar on 26 May 2026 (Order #991331120) for delivery to Saudi Arabia. I paid 295 SAR, including Express Courier shipping, and my payment was processed immediately. Several months later I have still not received the item, tracking information, or a refund. I have sent numerous emails to customer service requesting an update and resolution, but my issue remains unresolved. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.

Good understated garment. Comfortable and size match good

Extremely poor customer service. I ordered something online and tried to input a valid sale discount code. The code didn’t take but the order went thru. Called customer service but they aren’t open on weekends. I wrote an email, three days later - no response. So I called customer service and they replied they wouldn’t honor the valid discount code and there are NEVER any adjustments after an order is placed. Coolibar just lost a customer!

Coolibar solved my issue with late delivery the first time I ordered the shirt. They were out of stock. They gave me a credit, then reordered the shirt from their new stock and I received it within a week. Bravo!
