The timely manner in which I received my glasses was great. The ONLY issue I had was being told if I signed up for email and text messages I will get a percentage off so I did so. I was then given a promo code. Once I applied my code I was told that I was unable to receive that amount off because my frames were already at a low cost. No matter how much my frames cost I should have received the discount. Other than that everything was great!

Overall great experience. If I had a complaint it would be the lack of communication with regards to tracking . Other than that I am very pleased and would definitely recommend Cool Frames and will use them again in the future..

Called the company to verify they had the frames in stock that I wanted. The rep stated the frames were not in stock, would have to be ordered from the manufacturer and it could take a few days to get them. I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email within a couple days saying my order had shipped. Received my frames a few days later and they were packaged very professionally. I was concerned about ordering from the company when reading some bad reviews but I could not be happier with my own experience. I would certainly shop with them again.

Took almost 3 weeks to get my frames in Canada, but great price and great service (was able to speak to someone on my first and only call, also got an email reply within a day). Will purchase frames again if can wait the 3 weeks delivery, thanks!
