I guess i ordered grey lenses - thought I was ordering regular clear lenses. Wasn't very apparent during the ordering process.

The prompt service done in a timely manner

I ordered glasses from Cool Frames because I local News Anchor was wearing the style and He graciously Told me the Brand and even had the style number. I ordered a pair and had my Eye Doctor do the prescription for the lenses. I love them. I even order a another pair to have later. The hinges on the one pair were loose and because of that did not fit correctly. I returned and You Actually sent me a Brand New Pair. Love you Folks.

The trust and customer service

I am very pleased with the service love the lightweight feel and the service I have had to wear glasses for many years and am very pleased ty.

I gave a bad review originally but have now changed my rating due to a positive outcome. I was unsure about this company and my order when at the time no tracking information was provided for an order they marked as completed. I called customer service and they provided the tracking info right away and a couple of days later my order arrived. I love these glasses!

I love my new glasses. Fit is perfect and the No see bifocal lenses are great. Service was excellent, I had my glasses in about 10 days. Best part is I saved over $400 by ordering these online versus at my optometrist office.

Glasses were fine and price was competitive to other sites. The wait was a bit longer than other online retailers I've used.
