It took over a month to arrive - but they are perfect and my optometrist was able to pop my new lenses in as soon as I received my order!

Multiple issues with my experience led to 1 star. There is no help putting in a prescription, but they will simply send your request to a third party to complete. The timing expectation is highly inaccurate. The cost is not any better than anywhere else. Your order is at your risk. They won't fix it regardless of their horrible form you fill out (even if you fill out the information correctly). If you are not an eye doctor, just save yourself the pain and find a local store that you can talk to in person. I lost over $700 trying to get glasses here because I had to go reolace the lenses anyway. Their answer to my issue was simply "prove that we made an error or buy another set of glasses." Also, a manager is conveniently not available during business hours.

The purchase and delivery went great. Unfortunately the glasses did not fit me and I had to request a refund. That's when I was notified about the 20% they would "charge" me for the refund. Besides, I had to pay $7 to send the package back because they did not provide a return label. I haven't received the credit yet, but let's hope it go smoothly.

The frames are defective, and when I asked about returning them, they said they would only return the price of the frames. This is really unfortunate.

Great glasses and fast shipment

The frames are so light. I love them. I have super sensitive mastoids and I can wear these all day. Very pleased.
