Was buying a last minute gift but so scared of getting got. How do you know what sites are scams? So I did as much research as I could and made a choice to go with cool frames. I had to make sure there was a return policy, because it was so last minute. My transaction was seamless and they price match and if u need to return u can just pay the 20% restocking fee.. its not there fault u don't want it smh!! And they ship for free too. Some customers just don't get that and want everything for free. U lucky u getting most of your money back.. Go to Cohens you will be paying top dollar and only get a exchange.. so u better be on point with what u want. Choose cool frames they r the truth

Hard to find a better deal than "Cool Frames" , free shipping, price beats local dealers by plus 20%.

Got the frame information from my optometrist, who then did a web search for it (this isn't the same doctor where I bought the frame from originally), and CoolFrames came up. Did another search when I got home and CoolFrames was the least expensive overall. Used regular shipping and got it within a week (ordered them on a Friday evening). The frame itself has the same quality as the original; this isn't some cheap knock-off. I think buying this product online saved me close to $100. The order also came with a really nice RJ custom case and cleaning cloth (didn't get either when I got these from the optometrist the first time). I would definitely order from here again, though I also hope NOT to sit on this frame as I did the other! UPDATE: After writing a review for a Win 11 Pro upgrade license, I was shown another review I did 8 years ago (almost to the day), and you know what? I don't ever remember writing it! LOL

The frames that I ordered stated that they came with a certificate of authenticity. Part of the reason why I ordered from Coolframes was that I was concerned about receiving authentic frames at such a low price compared to my local frame store. The fact that they didn't even require a copy of my prescription made me even more suspicious. However, they arrived without any such certificate. I contacted them to ask where it was, and they just assured me that it's authentic - and that was the end of it. When I revisit the product page now, the mention of the certificate of authenticity has been removed. I've contacted the manufacturer directly to see if Coolframes is indeed an authorized retailer and will update my review once I hear back. Had I known this would have happened, I wouldn't have ordered. I won't be ordering from them again. EDIT: I received a reply from both Coolframes (see above) and the manufacturer within an hour of posting this review. The manufacturer confirmed that they are indeed an authorized retailer of their products. I do feel more comfortable now with my purchase.

I knew exactly which frames I wanted, & checked several sources in addition to CoolFrames. The ones advertising better prices couldn't deliver (one was an obvious scam), & the "mainstream" sites were more expensive. CoolFrames shipped quickly, the product was perfect, & they handled my "special order" request very expeditiously. No reservations in recommending.
