I visited a higher end (for where I live) store that carries the newest frames out there. I priced out two pairs of glasses at well over $500. After seeing how expensive it was, I shopped online and found the same Coach glasses on coolframes.com. Their website was very user friendly, and having sized the frames made the order very easy. The glasses were packaged very well, the glasses were as ordered, no defects, arrived as promised and for a fraction of the price.

Offered as free delivery but then had to pay £15.55 customs charge & Royal Mail handling fee! Sent email to Cool frames regarding this, no reply, poor service.

The only positive experience was then accepting my order. It was wrong. It was late. And there was no apology and not expedited shipping even though they said they would expedite and flat out lied about it and when I emailed them to tell them so, they just didn't bother responding. Horrible customer service. DO NOT buy a thing from them or you risk having it waste your time and cause unnecessary frustration.

I ordered my frames and I did do my research, I got the best price here at CoolFrames, they arrived very quickly and they are very well made, I am very please!

I put in an order for Burberry glasses an they came back perfectly. I didn't even have to go to a store to get them adjusted. They came with the original case along with an extra lense wipe. Extremely happy with my order.

I put my order in just before the Labor Day long weekend, and it was in process by the Wednesday following. I think I got the glasses the following weekend. They were exactly as advertised-about half the price my usual retail store quoted-and required only minimal fidgeting to feel just as comfortable as my old pair in no time.
