Recently ordered some frames - they were a better deal than I can get in the UK (and available!). The frames were shipped very quickly, and the tracking service allowed me to follow them to my door. All in all an easy online shopping experience, thanks very much, and will use again in the future.

I ordered a very particular brand and identity of frames to replace the original ones I had, for the sole purpose of being able to swap my prescription lenses over to them. When they arrived they were considerably smaller, I could not use them for the reason I bought the 'same' ones, I had to return them and was horrified that so much of the original price I had paid was not returned to me on the flimsiest excuse of a 'restocking fee'. I cannot help but wonder if they are copies and I feel cheated. Had they been by the original designer with the right identity number they would have been the right size. Very unhappy with the company and would never recommend them or trust them.

Hi Cynthia, I'm sorry you were unhappy with the fit of your glasses. The frame you ordered was available in two different sizes and I see you ordered the smaller of the two. Both have the same model number, they are just different sizes. As for the authenticity of your glasses, we are authorized retailers of David Benjamin through their distributor Europa Eyewear. If you have any doubts, I would encourage you to contact them through their website at http://www.europaeye.com/

Received the exact item in a short amount of time. It was a bit of a specialty and they were very responsive on email and great to work with.

Coolframes is unbelievable! I put my $386 glasses next to the $109 CoolFrames glasses and they are exactly the same!!! Best part, I ordered the wrong size frame for my large head and they switched them to my correct size for the shipping ($10). I've already ordered another pair from them. Great company!!

Hi Danielle, I apologize for the inconsistency in service you received. As one of the owners, please feel free to e-mail me directly in the future at [email protected] if there is ever anything I can help you with. As for customs duty, this is not a fee that we add. This is a fee charged by the UK government on imports that we, unfortunately, have no control over. That said, we strategically try to keep our prices lower so that even with a customs fee, our customers can still expect the best deal on their eyewear and lenses.
