Awesome service and quality product!

Frames look great and arrived quickly. I did not order prescription glasses due to unsure if the prescription was incorrect what to do. I took them to an eyewear store and was able to use my insurance. Very nice frames. Will order again in the future.

EXCELLENT 100% BRAND

Avoid. Waited so long only to be charged customs charges of £23.61.. This makes the glasses £5 cheaper than John Lewis. A joke and I'm really annoyed. Don't bother if in UK

My order was the same as what i ordered. Although it's quality doesn't look like its a brand name product. The arms of the frame are crooked and can clearly say its a defect product. It arrived on time and was nicely packaged. The case wasn't new looking. It had scratch marks on it. I was in a hurry of getting lenses installed so I didn't file a.complaint.

They had the frame I wanted, and the prices were good. I ordered them on 8/30/2016; after a couple follow ups, I was notified on 10/14/2016 that the glasses had not yet been shipped because the lenses did not pass inspection. I had 3 pairs of lenses and two pairs of frames - one for distance, one for distance for sunglasses (no frames), and one for computer. They were cut incorrectly, so I had to send them back. I was accused multiple times of not sending a pair of lenses back, and I insisted everythting I was sent was included in the return package. After a couple of weeks, they realized they had not shipped a pair of lenses. On pack of lenses I thought had been cut were the generic lenses that came with the glasses. I waited and waited for the replacements and placed numerous calls. Alex, a manager, would occasionally call me back. I tried multiple times to cancel the order, but they "wanted to make the order right and keep me as a customer." Pardon me? EVERYTHING was bad about this transaction. Eventually, the replacement order was shipped 12/1/2016. Over 3 months for the glasses. It may be the eye doctor didn't get my prescription quite right, but I can see slightly better with my old glasses than with the new - unfortunately, the lenses on the old glasses are severely scratched. There were lots of excuses on their end, failure on their end to communicate, failure on their end to cut the lenses correctly. I've never been so frustrated with any online purchase, and with the number of items in the order and the total amount, I was concerned I'd eventually get absolutely nothing. Stay away!
