I called to ensure I was ordering the right accessory kit for my oakleys. I received the wrong one and have attempted multiple times to fix the problem but no one will call me back. I plan on returning the product and never ordering anything from this company ever again. Horrible customer service!!

Very good website, honest and trustworthy. This is the second time I've ordered glasses frames from them. Will definately use them again.

I am not impressed with their customer service. They sent the wrong frames - very cute, but wrong color. I emailed them to let them know and they said they would email a return label. Two weeks later I still had not received it so I emailed them again. I had to email them once again to finally get it. I did like the frames they sent but wanted to see the original color I ordered to decide between the two. I emailed them to see if I could purchase them, try them together, then return the pair I did not want for a refund. They said I could for a 20% restock fee for the pair I returned. I feel since it was their error they should have not charged the restock fee. Also, in the mean time I checked the Better Business Bureau for info on stamps.com, the company they use to return the frames through, and it has a terrible history so I was concerned if I returned one pair I’d never get the refund for them. I decided to just keep the wrong color and cut my losses. I will never order from them again.
