Poor website with regards to pictures …
Poor website with regards to pictures and descriptions. AWFUL return policy and unfriendly staff.

Poor customer Service
Customer service was HORRIBLE! Rep was rude, poor exp. And then to be contacted by 'Lee' months after asking me to give him a call is not exceptional customer service. You know what would be exceptional customer service? For me to get a refund or a second pair of glasses for free. Not some $9 coupon. Come on guys, without customers you have no business. Don't ask me to call you at 888-293-4755 EXT 506, instead ask for my number so that you can give me a call. Signed, Very upset customer!

Not authentic sunglasses!!!
Beware not authentic sunglasses!!! Trust pilot has censored this review so I can't say what I wanna say! Taken away my 1st amendment rights!!! Bought a 278.00 pair of Christian Dior sunglasses when I received them they were all warped and out of shape and I mean really bad! I wrote email to customer service and they had the nerve to tell me to go to a local optical store and have them bent back! I asked them if I could just have my money back they said it would be a 20% restock fee on defective sunglasses! Wow!!! I asked them if they would just send me a brand new pair and not fix the old sunglasses and try to send back to me they agreed! But guess what? They attempted to fix the sunglasses and sent back to me! Frames still out of shape. This place is a complete sham!!! I advise you not to shop at this site!!! Not authentic sunglasses!!! Horrible customer service! Can't say someone didn't warn you!!!

Found my red frames.
I saw a glass frame on someone on a cruise. I have always wanted red frames. I just had to have them. My regular doctor unfortunately did not carry the brand i wanted. To make a long story shorter, I found them online. I discussed this with my doctor and he agreed to put lenses in the red ones if I planned on buying them. First I saved a lot of money. Second my frames came just as I ordered them. And finally i have my red frames.
