I'm satisfied

I had purchased a pair of glasses and had to return them due size and quality was poor [no reflection on coolframes]. But it cost me almost $11.00 to return and excange for a diffrent pair. I love tje glasses i got just not the reshiping/stocking fee of $11.00.

Ordering process was hassle-free. Frames shipped in a reasonable amount of time in a nice protective case. Would definitely order from here again.

I wanted a frame that was no longer being made. Coolframes (specifically ELI!) found the frame in the color I wanted. I was able to exchange the frame that I originally purchased for the one that I really wanted, which Eli was able top track down for me. There is really a sense of personal interaction when you contact Coolframes with an issue which makes a world of difference! Also the price can not be beat and they even accepted insurance! Great experience, great attitude from those working at Coolframes, and a great pair of glasses!
