Frame came as used after waited for more than a month. Paint came off several places. Sent back for replacement and never heard from them until I made contact with them after a month. The frame was back order again. I asked to cancel my order because the frame is much needed. They sent me a replacement. Told me to send back to replacement as my frame arrived after months. Promised for reimbursing shipping cost but it never happen. Got my frame after paying my own shipping and more than 5 months of waiting. Very poor customer service.

I love my Anne Klein frames! I am a 24 hour eye glasses wearer. I found just the frame I wanted on Coolframes website. My new glasses arrived in 1 week as promised. My glasses fit very well, the rx is accurate. I found the price quite reasonable. I will be singing their praise to anyone who will listen. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Customer Service was both pleasant and helpful. I will be ordering from them in the future.
