This company is not customer-friendly. While they are transparent about their policies, it is an awful business model. If you do a return or exchange you will lose 20% on frames and will never get a refund on lenses. There are MANY online glasses providers who offer free exchanges and full refunds, because ordering glasses online innately has risk for the customer. You don't know from a website how a pair will look on - and it's hard to judge until you've tried them in person. So unless you 100% know you want a certain pair, go elsewhere. Or just go elsewhere because their customer representatives are rude and don't care about you. They will never get my business again after how i was treated!

Surprisingly awesome is all I can say

I have a pair of Okley sunglasses that I have had for 12 years. The rubber on the frames was going bad. I found replacement rubber on CoolFrames website. Price was reasonable and I got the items I ordered withing a week. I highly recommend CoolFrames.
