Just right!! Great service, great price quick delivery, good product. They even included instructions and supplies to install my lenses in the rimless frames.

Wrong color frames shipped to me. Wanted to return for a full refund but was told I had to pay 20% restocking fee! Had to open a PayPal case to get a full refund.

I ordered prescription sunglasses. The website was confusing and although I had input all of my prescription details the order did not show them. I emailed minutes after my order was created to double check that my prescription details were included. I got an email response 2 weeks later saying no. I called as I now had a useless pair of sunglasses being delivered. I was told they were sorry but when they emailed me back it had got stuck in their sent folder. And to top it all is was another 85$ for the prescription lenses I needed for the sunglasses. A very bad experience. I would not use the site again or recommend it to others.

I purchased my frames with two-day shipping on either a Wednesday or Thursday, hoping to receive them by the following Monday. However, even though they were "In Stock," they had to be ordered from the manufacturer. My two-day shipping turned into one week. I noticed this after placing the order, and Coolframes did refund my shipping charge when I inquired.

I have purchased several pairs of glasses from Cool Frames and have been happy with them. The customer service is great and their prices a too.
