I love the glasses, but I had to deal with the people at the store, to order something else, and they charged me less that what I should have paid. And when they called me, she was talking about some racial jokes when I answered, and then they basically accused me of making the cost less than what it should have been. The store can definitely work on customer service etiquette.

I had a great experience with buying and returning my eyeglass frames that I ordered. Unfortunately, the frames were too big. My only complaint is that the restocking fee is too high for just putting it back into the computer for inventory and putting it back on the shelf. $50.00 was excessive. Thanks, Beck.
