The frames I ordered were delivered in a timely manner and were exactly what I had ordered. The price was the best one I found for these frames on several Internet sites that I visited.

Ive boight to pairs of glasses from them. They're frames are cheaper which is good. My only problem is the whole process of getting them it takes forever. It's takes them a whole week for them to even get the glasses then it takes them about week to week and half for them to ship it to you. I wish they would have a more efficient way of doing this. I would recommend just buying their frames and getting them filled somewhere else. Cause it takes way too long to ship them .

Rip off. Ordered child size frame got infant size. Asked for refund. I was told they would refund and months later they still haven't returned my money. I have sent multiple emails but only heard back once to say I could have a refund. They have fallen silent since. I know I have the right email so obviously major rip off company. Never again. Oh, and I know they got the frame back because they had to sign for it.

Great no hassle warranty policy. My lens got scratched after 6 months. Not sure how it happened . In any case cool frames changed them at no cost. I just had to pay for shipping. I think that is reasonable.

I couldn't believe how much money I saved by purchasing my frames from Cool Frames. If I had purchased them from an eye doctor's office, they would have cost over twice the amount. I had the lens put in from another place. I'm enjoying wearing them and receiving compliments.

I had seen these frames on a friend. When I tried to locate them in an optical store they said they couldn't get them. So I found this site and they had them. They were significantly less money through Cool Frames. It was easy to click and order on line. They came in a beautiful case with cleaning fluid and a small screwdriver should you need to adjust them. Excellent in every way!

I purchase frames twice from cool frames and had nothing but good experiences and spent good money and I would recommend cool frames to anyone but also would like cool frames to give their loyal customers an incentive to purchase more frames from them maybe like a buy one get one free or get one half off thanks cool frames...
