This has been one huge mistake to shop at Conn's. First of all, the website does not give you enough information such as statement and payment that was posted on line??? I believe they do not want you to see all the add on charges that they taking in our bill. Secondary there has been charges unknowingly such as administrative fees of $100.00 that was we have never been told. Third I am being charged for tax property assurance which also never disclosed at any time. I also have made a payment on line from my bank which I had to call for 3 month so I can get credit on the payment that I made!!! I was told someone will contact me in this regard 5 times but no one called me. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANY THING FROM CONN'S AND MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT THIS SCAM AS WELL. Oh by the way I paid the balance this morning and hope I don't ever have to deal with Conn's any more. They truly carry their name with their practices. CONning people.

My experience at the store was ok but the delivery sucks items purchase was damaged it took 4 delivery to get all the merchandise then later tonight I find on of the the pieces was still damaged I know they are not going totake it back and bring another one I am with the other customer if I could give them a negative star I would everyone should give them negative star in fact they they should go out of business they want your money and then give you damage product I will never buy from them again.think long and hard and read all the reviews before buying.

I wish I didn't make the purchase at Conn's. I spent over $5K on their furniture. The next day after the delivery, I reported to them that the loveseat in the livingroom set is defective. They sent the inspector technician down to look at the loveseat and the inspector confirmed the loveseat is defected. He took pictures and sent back to the company. The next day, I received a call from the supervisor of delivery department. She said after reviewing the pictures, they think everything is ok with the loveseat and will not accept return or exchange. What funny is their inspector, the guy actually looked at the loveseat said one thing and his upper management only looked at the pictures at said another. Who do you trust? Of course not the one glue his/her rear on the chair right? Sorry for my language but how the heck can you inspect something and make a conclusion without actually looking at it physically? To make it short, they won't allow me to exchange for another one even though their return/exchange policy saying that I can since their technician confirmed it's a manufacture's defect. I tried to escalate it up to the corporate but then they routed my complaint back to the store and I ended up speaking to the same freaking person who denied the exchange again. I requested to speak with her upper management but no one contacted me. Also not to mention they didn't deliver all my furniture on the day that they said they will. They came up with so many excuses. It has been one week from the day I purchased and they're still owing me a drawer for my bed. I don't know when it's going to get here. For those of you who are planning to get furniture, stay far away from Conn's. Their display furniture in the store look good but they'll deliver crappy stuffs to you and will not allow you to exchange just like my case. My next step is to report them to the BBB but I doubted anything going to happen to them.

This company is the worst. They are the most incompetent lot around. Their customer service is terrible and they are harassing. I was one day late on my bill due to human error. They called 17 times In one day. 17! Absurd! I spent 3-4 calls a month fixing my account because they kept associating my account with some person I don’t even know.

Hell. Hell Hell. Not honest. Just taking the money without telling the truth.

I have been dealing with a issue with Conns for the last 2 days!! Still nobody has even tried to help me , and they have just been transferring from department to department. I have spent several thousands of dollars with them over the last 10 years and I’m so disappointed at this point. They must have caller ID bc the last phone call I was on hold for literally 1hr and 45 minutes. I have been really patient and not been rude at all. But nobody seems to care. They love taking my money though!!!!!!!!! I have been told for 2 days someone would call me back ....and nobody has!!! I wish someone would care enough to help! 832-359-6645

OMG IS ALL I CAN SAY!! I applied and got approved of course. All I needed was a refrigerator and found a GE for a great sale price. The cut-throat portion was in the contract. I was given a small Ipad to stroll and initial next to each place where my name was. There were fees all over the place. Even when I told the sales lady I didn't want disability insurance, she still added it. Finally she removed it right!! That's not all. There was also a $137 insurance just in case someone broke in and took the thing (never heard of folks stealing a refrigerator), I was told to show proof of my homeowners insurance to remove it. Keep in mind I never made it to the end of the contract. That's when it hit me. Get out of there!! Don't walk, RUN!! For instance, the refrigerator was on sale for $1009.00 and with taxes and fees, it was $1700, and once the compiled interest of 29% per month plus the 33% A.P.R. (annual percentage rate) at the end of each of the 3 years, my total for the $1000 purchase would have been $2400. Don't forget the 20% down I paid that irritated them when I asked for my deposit back. My one hour experience was a nightmare. AND I WAS ONE OF THE LUCKY ONES, BEING ABLE TO CANCEL BEFORE THE NIGHTMARE BEGAN! PLEASE DON'T WALK, RUN!!!

First refrigerator delivered with damage and sent back. Second fridge arrived with no damage but after moved into house there were visible scratches on the freezer door, stainless steel. The process of resolving this issue has been horrible so far...no contact after submitting ticket, then saying "you signed off on it." I explained I signed off prior to it being moved into the house, Conn's says "that's a third party company, not us." They then pass the customer off to this third party company. Everybody at Conn's passes the buck. Not yet resolved. Beware of this predatory company that uses easy credit to lure customers...read the fine print!
