Compass has demonstrated in all my interactions with them across email, Telegram (when they used it), and Discord, the highest degree of professionalism. Paul McDermott and Kris Bakker on the sales side, and David McGrane on the customer service side, have all been great to work with. I also appreciate how the CEO and COO are both actively engaged in the Discord rooms.

Compass Mining has been a wonderful experience thus far and for one primary reason, customer service. I am normally extremely skeptical of anything like this and had a lot of concerns at first. There's a guy named Andrew Nagel who works there as a Sales Manager I think. He was extremely responsive, patient and communicative. To be honest, he's probably the reason me and my friends bought like 30 (and counting) miners. It's people like that who make the company more than anything else. Buying miners from mainland China and hooking them up in Nebraska and Texas is tough enough, a responsive human touch is necessary and I would say Compass passes this test with flying colors in my experience. I completely get people's skepticism around this type of thing and will definitely update this review if anything goes wrong, but so far it's a high recommendation

This company had some growing pains and that is the truth. I first posted a negative review because it took longer to get my miners online than originally promised. I have with this company for a few years. If your thinking about getting into mining, I would strongly recommend this company. I have been dealing with Colby and he is as straight forward as they come. I like the fact that he tells you the truth whether you want to hear it or not. In the past i have been told what i want to hear and it was not always the truth. Conclusion; if you can ask for Colby, I would recommend it. He has a good heart and i truly believe he steered me in the right direction instead of trying to oversell me. Way to clean up your act compass mining.

I paid for two miners in July. The first was supposed to deploy in August and the second in September. Then I was told that there was a delay and they would deploy in October. I was given a small credit because of the delay. Now I have been told there is another delay and they will be deployed in November at a different site. I asked for another credit. I was promptly told there would be no credits. I wish Compass would offer solutions as quickly as they deny requests.

Great customer service. Easy to submit support tickets and the support team is very active of Discord if you need a quicker response. David McGrane and Thomas Heller in particular were both super helpful and prompt to respond.

Jesse and Jesus got us up and running with our miner easily. No issues at all and it was our first miner.
