I had a miner hashing at roughly 3/4ths the expected rate. It was a new miner and it needed repairs. Rather than making me take the miner offline and wait for repairs. They swapped it wit mh a new miner the same day and got my hashrate back to the expected rate. Great customer experience!

Very impressive support- purchased a S19 n confirmed payment cleared then contact compass support team 8am Saturday, about 2hours later received reply from a guy from their team ( Trustpilot) and saw my ASIC is online n been mining.

I had 2 mis-assigned miners during the first day of operation and Evan Hauser from mining operations fix my issue in faster than expected time. I received an email that someone from the Compass team will contact me in 48 hours, I would say more like 48 minutes! The compass mining team is outstanding and had my machines up early on the scheduled online date!
