I’ve been using Compass Mining for a while now and the service has been great. Recently one of the miners was not showing up on the pool but, as usual, Nathaniel from the support team helped me solve the existing problem! Thanks for your availability and fast support. Suggestion to management: please try to keep your customers informed about the problems more often and try to reduce the response time to support requests. ;) All the best, Kind regards

i was worried about being delayed as it seemed to be normal but my miner came online right on the estimated date - thanks!!

Kris Bakker was helpful in working with me in real-time to sort out why a miner of mine was not online and then getting the miner online

Honestly can’t stress how reliable compass has been so far. Yes, they did have some hiccups in the beginning which is normal for a company that went from 0 to 100 over night but they’re support staff are usually quick to respond and are active on discord which is really great if you need instant answers.

Jesus Guillen was very helpful in getting my miner up and running and helping me verify it.
