Shipping was quick... Product was packaged very well. My ac guy had a couple questions so I called customer service and spoke with Nikki. She took the time to make sure our questions were answered correctly AND she followed up 2 days later to make sure everything was matching up. Customer service is hard to come by these days but she was ready to go the extra mile to make sure we had the right line sets for our unit and the follow up call was the icing on the cake. Thank you!

Instead of purchasing a 5 split system I decided to purchase two, a two-split and a tri-split, to minimize the length of the line sets. The installation went well and all 5 indoor units are working well. I was very happy with how quiet the fans are and how fast they cool the rooms they are in. The outside compressors are very quiet as well. I'll be interested in seeing how well they work in the very hot Oklahoma summers. Considering I didn't have duct work for a central air system the two mini-split systems was much more economical. The fact that I can control the cooling separately in the different areas of the house is a plus. I'm sure the heat pumps will reduce my heating costs as well in the colder months.

Comfortup had just the right replacement lamp for my HVAC unit and shipped it promptly.
