Bought a Gree split based on comfort's recommendation. 9000 btu for a shipping container home. Absolutely love it. Install was super simple. Quiet is an understatement. I cannot hear it inside or out. Maintains temp perfectly too. Did a lot of research and comfortup was the cheapest too. Thanks

Good experience with the company. They answered questions when we were shopping online. Quickly shipped. Was a concern when first seeing the unit arrive as the box was caved in. Freight driver said it was from being shrink wrapped. Thankfully the unit was not damaged. Installation went as expected. Unit is working well today in our first 90+ degree day. So far very satisfied.

William (Bill) Hoffmann was outstanding in helping me when I order the wrong unit. He was extremely understanding of my problem and jumped right in to help when others in the process (Sears) would not. Thank you bill. You are one in a million! Doug hernandez

Was well satisfied with comfort up just not with shipping carrier. My unit sat there at the shipping company from Sunday til Thursday before I received it just bc they weren't coming my way so I had to have it shipped somewhere else to even get it by Thursday.
