The unit arrived timely and well packaged. We had it professionally installed. Its low profile and quiet operation helps it blend seamlessly into the wall. It cools nicely in a short period of time. I highly recommend it.

The product shipped immediately. I have installed all three of units. They work fine right out of the box. I called the warranty service line just to see about how to get warranty service. I looks like it would be hassle free, but I don't need the service now. Time will tell, it has been two weeks since the installation.

Good service fast delivery ...make sure you get the delivery companys number to scedule your delivery date..apparently on my order they had the wrong number in system but my product works fine and im happy.make sure you revew your order tourally before perching to avoid buying to much material or to little .

Relatively easy installation, works well, quick delivery.

I purchased four (4) Gree mini-split air conditioning heat pump unit kits from ComfortUp. Each kit contained the indoor unit, the outdoor unit, and all necessary wiring and linesets to connect the indoor unit to the outdoor unit. The price was around 40% less than what our HVAC contractor could purchase them for, and will still have factory warranty as long as a certified HVAC technician installs the units. ComfortUp customer service was also excellent, especially when I needed to have a longer lineset for one of the units. They charged me for the additional lineset, then refunded the difference when I shipped back the shorter lineset. Shipping times were also excellent, especially on the initial purchase of the units. I have no complaints at all and would likely purchase from ComfortUp again! Highly recommended!!!
