I have gotten old unit even the model number on the order was newer. The unit I got was 2013. When I called them and email no help was offered even though unit was dead on arrival. I will never order anything from them anymore.

I bought a split unit AC from Comfortup. The price on the unit was the lowest I could find on the internet, and free shipping was another huge bonus. My only complaint was that there was little information provided by email or on their website letting me know when my order was going to be fulfilled. After a week on no update on the status of processing, I left a message on their website (feedback client) requesting the status and got no answer. I didn't know the order was finished being processed until I received a call from the delivery company (which was not Comfortup). Please work on your communication! Let the customer know the status of orders and update them on changes!
