Probably should have went one level up.

During the installation, one of the linesets needed a adapter to connect to the outside unit. The installer had to solder a smaller connector for the unit to work. This added to the installation cost, which didn't make me happy. The remote controllers I got didn't completely match what was in the manual. They might have been a updated version as they had some features that weren't listed in the manual. I need to call customer service and see if they have a updated manual for the remotes that I have. The units are working great so far.

They had a good price. The delivery company did not call in advance as they should have. One of the products (a lineset) was defective. Not the fault of ComfortUp.

I purchased a Gree 18k btu mini split heat pump from Comfortup. They literally had hundreds of models to choose from which was amazing. When I purchased the unit, the line set was included, which was unique to Comfortup. I also found there was a discount code at the time I purchased, plus free shipping and there was no extra fee for delivery by a truck with a lift gate like all the other A/C online stores. And the price! It was over a third cheaper than the next closest competitor and half what the local guys wanted for a comparable unit. I will most definitely purchase from Comfortup again if the need ever arises.

The AC came on time and excellent condition.

Great service and follow up, however, a part was missing and held up installation, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
