Excellent service, price and delivery.
They helped us over the phone figure the size of unit as best they could and directed us which type of professionals to call to maintain our warranty. The price was very reasonable, the delivery was less then 48 hours. We would order from Comfort Up again and we have already recommended them to friends.

Good Customer Service, Good Shipping, Wrong Item Shipped
Ordered a Gree mini split heat pump online. The online ordering experience was good. The mini split shipped and arrived on time with no damage. It was packed well on a pallet. Unfortunately, the wrong lineset was shipped, received a 25' instead of 35'. I called customer service and they immediately shipped, overnight, the correct line set. I lost a couple of days and had the inconvenience of shipping the incorrect line set back. I have ordered units from other vendors, and they used none freight shipping, i.e. UPS, Fedex., which almost always results in shipping damage.

Thank you for taking the time to write a detailed review. We greatly appreciate hearing about your experience. We also thank you for your patience and cooperation working with us to get you the correct lineset length, that was an unnecessary delay. Your business is truly appreciated and we look forward to providing you great Customer Service again in the future. -The ComfortUp Team
