Initially bought a Sharp Split Duct Unit. Sharp did not properly box the indoor unit, arrived at home with damages to the unit. Can't fault Comfort UP. Carolyn took care of the situation. She shipped another unit, took care the shipping for the original unit. In my profession I have dealt with a lot of vendors in my years. Comfort Up has to be in my top 3 vendors that still value "true customer service"!

Carolyn was super helpful with finding the right replacement part. Highly recommend this company. Follow up Jan. 6th. Order came to residence within 48 hours of purchase via UPS. Jan. 7th, finished installing replacement UV light bulbs inside both HVAC units. Both UV lights working fine.
