I like it very much minus having to seek products at another site for supplies. It depends on the representative actually; most will find , confirm and send the products, while other reps send you off on your own to do their job for them. And there not having a product-line on their own site is unusual. So hire, train and monitor employees tighter, including site-technitions and I'd give'm 5 stars.
