Comfort medical has good product selection, good staff and prompt service to serve and assist those who already deal with enough problems !

Major problem with billing and answering billing questions. I received first invoice 2 years after starting service. Called to ask why just now getting billed they had no answer except that this is what insurance did not cover. I understood this but still not satisfied with reason it took 2 years to receive first bill. On fixed budget and was not prepared to pay 2.5 years worth of bills all at once and maintain future payments. Now have to short change others to catch up.

Excellent company

I was told I would have no cost for supplies, that they would be covered by my insurance (Medicare & United Health Care). After more then a year I am now getting two bills for $181.00 each. I will probably be switching suppliers as I cannot afford that.

i wouldnt recommend to nobody

Fast response. Friendly service. They keep up on when a new order is due and call promptly.

Many mistakes and uninformed sales people.
