I have always been satisfied with services and products. I would recommend.

I'm just not satisfied with the total level of your customer service. Last year, I called in to request a carrying case for the catheters that were purchased. I was informed by customer service that you guys don't carry them or sell them. However, when I scheduled my next doctor's appointment. The doctors office offered me a carrying case supplied by Comfort Care. This is a deal-breaker. Thank you kindly, Krysta Ogletree Dennard

Comfort Medical takes good care of me by sending the supplies that I need to take care of my ostomy. They are very prompt and take care that all supplies that I have ordered are included.

You would almost always got my order wrong. I had already used the last order that you sent I have medicare .I always paid by check when you sent me a bill. I do not know why I was treated in this manner. We go thru enough stress having the operation.It doesn't seem right that we have to go thru this undue stress.
