They do very well in calling before sending 90-day supplies, and tjen they arrive promptly. The few times in more than two years using them, the few times I have had to call with a questionn or problem, they are very pleasant and always get the situation fixed. Very good customer service.+ The company I used previously was awful, so it is a pleasure dealing with Comfort Medical.

I have duck with comfort medical supply for a long time regarding my dad‘s medical supplies which he absolutely has to have.! I have always had good experiences with comfort! They call me every couple months or my dad to renew his order. My dad is very sick and I do have power of attorney over him so I just order for him since I help take care of him.
