Yes very good company

First contact representative very short with me and would not allow me to email all required information. Then, along with my first order, I received a big box of items that I did not order. Following up on my call to receive credit and a return authorization I as told to put box on front porch and it would be picked up that day. That was yesterday and it is still there. Not sure how my first order was so messed up and now the return seems to be delayed. Thanks for your attention.....I am a new patient so need all the help I can get.

All prescriptions and packages arrived in a timely manner and were correct.

I was connected with Comfort Medical through my Doctor's office and the manufacturer of the Coloplast catheter. First received a call from the manufacturer which overnighted a free supply of catheters. Was informed that Comfort Medical would contact me to fill the Doctor's prescription. Comfort Medical representative contacted me within 24 hours. They obtained my insurance information, called me back the same day and overnighted my first order/supply. It was an extremely friendly and professional experience, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

I called my insurance and ordered through them at the beginning of December. I was then called by your company on December 7th, being told that all of my medical supplies would be shipped by December 10th. I was told it would take about a week or two to get to me, which was perfect because I had about three weeks left on my supplies. After two weeks, I started to get concerned but around the three week mark I called to see. I was told that I had two accounts, and I was transferred to a woman who would help me. I got a busy tone, so I called the main number back and the lady on the phone said that she notified the woman and that she would call me back within 24 hours. Finally, after three more weeks of phone calls, no supplies, and asking for help, I got my supplies. I’ve been in pain due to running out of supplies and waiting for them to be sent to me, no one seemed to really understand why I couldn’t get my supplies. This was extremely unacceptable.
