Good service and communication

Excellent service Im very pleased..thank you..

I requested only one month supply because I was taking medication and I knew I probably would not be using catheters much longer. The lady I spoke to wanted me to get a 5 month supply so that I would not have to re-order. I repeated that I only wanted 1 month supply and this huge box with a 5 month supply arrived at my house. I don't know if this individual receives a higher commission with a 5 month supply, but now I will be giving the 5 boxes remaining to my doctor. Why do these individual ask questions and just do what they want?
