the first interaction was great! however, the samples never showed up. they left the warehouse and disappeared.........another order of samples was shipped and received the next day. (more than a week after the initial phone call) trying to get more samples was not as smooth or quick as the initial effort. there are no products shown on your website and we did not get a catalog so don't even know what you offer. sample products recieved are ok....but seems there should be something better.....

I received my order but never heard back from a representative after I first joined. I did not know if my insurance covered my items (I have 3 insurances). No feedback made me contact another company (Liberty medical) to hope a human would send me an email and keep me informed. Very, very poor customer service in not staying in contact with a new customer. That's why I left the company that "Serviced " my urostromy needs since 2011. I gave them 8 good years. Won't do that again. I want automatic reorders whenever my insurance will cover it? Quarterly or whenever I am eligible. I done wish to chase a company to provide me service. My Urostromy needs are for my lifetime. Thank you, Gary Maitland

This company saved my sanity! They really care about your feelings and treat you with respect. I would recommend this company to everyone. Your orders are ready and delivered very quickly and they make sure your completely satisfied.

Was not able to get my urostomy supplies in a timely manner. I ran out of supplies before I was able to get some more from the supply company
