Very good experience

I am very pleased with the service I received from Comfort Care. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful and the items were shipped in a timely manner. If I had a complaint it would be that I cannot find out the total of my order when it's shipped. I was told it had to go through the insurance firat. I feel that since they know I will owe 30% of the total , and they should know the cost of the items I ordered, they should be able to give me an estimate even though the final amount may be slightly different.

They started out good and helpful.. must’ve been the person I to because in my first reorder they sent me a two piece product instead of the one piece I use. Like, duh, all you do is look at my first order and reorder it... they said no problem, they’ll pick up the wrong product and send me out the one piece... ok fine, we’ll got the order today, but they were urostomy one piece and I ordered the one piece colonoscopy bags or as I tell them, the poo bags. I do use both bags, but use up poo bags quicker than pee bags. Now I’m sitting with no poo bags and it’s saturday, so can’t even get to them until Monday... guess I’ll be using the pee bags as poo bags... might look into another distributor Monday as I’m really dis appointed in comfort medical... being owned by Collast, you’d think they’d have sharp people working for them...

This was my first shipment and I don't have any complaints.
