I had a bad experience. On the phone Comfort Medical said they didn't carry the catheters I use but would send a three weeks supply of a catheter for me to try. Instead they sent 600 catheters! I called them to say I didn't like that they were not straight forward with me. I asked to return the catheters. At first they said they couldn't take them back because they were opened. Luckily I hadn't opened them. They sent their carrier to come and get them. For THREE YEARS after this they kept trying to get me to fill out a form so they could get money from Medicare. Luckily I had a receipt showing they had been returned. I feel this is not an honest company to deal with.

My customer service rep, Dionne and her supervisors Felita, went the extra mile for me. Between the physicians office and the insurance company, the approval process was delayed. But Dionne was so diligent to call the physicians office, insurance company, and me frequently to keep the ball rolling. I was able to get my ostomy supplies just as my very last one was used. Stellar service! Thank you!

At first it was a little rough mainly because of the doctor's office but I finally got to speak to Rhonda and she went above and beyond to make sure we received our supplies quickly
