They stayed on top of things until it was complete. They mailed out all of the supplies timely. So far a wonderful experience!!

Ships wrong products then won't exchange! Promises emails that never came. After speaking with customer service again a week later I received a surprise shipment of products from COMFORT MEDICAL that no one authorized & now they expect me to jump through hoops to return products or pay out of my pocket. Hate to leave a bad review on a Florida company but I will deal with Edgepark for my next order.********************************UPDATE 18JAN2022************* Replying now nearly 3 years later I am sure gives no one a warm and fuzzy feeling of any rectification. Needless to say since this date and no response we have ceased using Comfort Medical and have encouraged others to do the same. After longer than a year it is your responsibility to contact me not the other way around. Ask and I will give you a way to contact me or you can look it up in your database last name BERG Sorry but not sorry I would except better from any company as would you
