I switched from Liberty because they could not get my orders correct, sent the wrong catheters . Seems as though I didn't do any better with Comfort as my first and now my second order arrived wrong. I'm a man and was sent catheters for use by females twice. Yes, they were very apologetic. But still shows a lack of checks an balances.

I have received two orders that were wrong. I even gave them the proper item number and they still got it wrong, so for the last time I need Holister 9349 not 9348 which is the smaller bag, and they forgot the thigh strap (cathader holder)

I have had no problems, plus great service with you.

Love your catheters. So convenient and easy to use. However, the white tab does not always work, but rips in the middle. This is not a problem, however. Just thought I would mention it.
