Received my supplies within a few days and got everything I needed!!

I was supposed to get my order shipped overnight. The next day I received a tiny package that contained only barrier extenders. Had to wait an extra 4 days to get my order. This was my first (and last) experience with them. They were quick to bill my insurance but couldn’t keep their word and have the full order shipped overnight after expressing the level of urgency and not having any wafers/pouches. Plus the overnight staff that handles taking messages are all rude, angry and clearly getting paid less than the day shift specialists.

Prompt, accurate service. Customer service was very helpful and sample order was received in one day. Regular order received a few days later.

I received my supplies with no problem. However there was not a welcome packet in the box like they said would be. I called and asked them about it and they said they mailed it, but was also available on line. So I printed off the form to send in, and there is no address or anywhere I can send it.
