Fast and convenient service

Customer Service, always try's to make sure all my needs are meet, I get follow up calls, just to make sure I'm satisfied with my products thanks so very much

I have never had a problem with Comfort Medical until this last order. I needed my order a little early because I didn't order enough last time, contacted Comfort Medical and heard nothing else until I got so desperate I called again. They needed approval from my doctor, which is fine and understandable, but nobody told me that and I was left "hanging" wondering what the hell I was going to do if I ran out completely. Big fail on Customer Service's part.

I’m from Canada, had surgery July 8 2019. When in Canada I was changing onto my bag once a week. Since I’ve been in Florida, bags are not lasting that long. I might get 3 days. So happy with the service I received getting more bags. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone needing help. Thanks very much.

Quality of products, speed in delivery, and customer service are excellent. Billing is awful! I can't tell what is happening, but there is evidently a problem between the billing department and insurance companies. I would give Customer Service an A+. I would give billing a D-. I have been using Comfort Medical for over a year now. I couldn't be happier with them. They are on top of my needs and communicate with me on a regular basis. Their service is exceptionable. It seems at this point that I will always continue using Comfort Medical for all of my Urostomy needs.

I have already written a review. Apparently as well as publishing misleading advertising, you don't pay any attention to any review that isn't praise.
