I'm a new customer from Edgepark Supply co., You were recommended from a friend after hearing my complains about Edgepark. You are the same as Edgepark; on hold, told different information , depends on who you talk to. Told over a month to get my supplies never letting my know there was a delay. Had to borrow supplies from hospitals & friends. Don't know if I will remain with your company!

OK for now. Will need new order soon, over half way through the first order. Will let you know. Last order only took one day to get here. Would like to try the one that has end that you hold as you use Anton Jacobson

After arguing with the representative regarding this being my second inquiry in getting established as a customer this time with updated insurance information I finally got through to her and she found my account and informed me that the prior rep who wasted over an hour of my time had apparently not completed things correctly. I haven’t heard a word since I just want my supplies and have chosen your company to give my business too please work it out.
