This is my first time having to self cath. I have a spinal cord injury and have lost bladder and bowel control. To say this is embarrassing is an understatement. I called all local pharmacies to fill my cath order from my Dr. No one had them. So, after an online search and reading reviews, I went with Comfort Medical. My care specialist I spoke with, Kerene, was amazing. She was kind and professional. She told me about all the different types and sizes, and listened to my questions. She made me feel at ease and confident with my provider choice. Once they got the order from my Dr, my package was shipped. They took care of billing my insurance and everything. My first order will be here Monday, shipped Friday. I'm very pleased with them and Kerene. I appreciate her and her help.

Excellent experience! I had been with another company for several years. They messed up my last few orders and never responded to my messages when I was still willing to try one more time. I called Comfort Medical based on your reviews here. They were amazing! I was already 2 weeks behind in supplies because of the previous provider. On top of that, my PCP was not responding to our requests. Through it all, the customer service reps that I spoke to at Comfort Medical were educated, aware and kind. Not only did they get me taken care of as quickly as possible with a perfect 3 month order but they even called the next day to check on me and make sure everything was ok! A truly good experience! I will continue to buy my supplies here and definitely will recommend them.

They don't have upto date information of all the products.

I have had one of the worst experiences ever dealing with this company. I have now placed my 5th order and have had issues with every order. This company lacks any communication to their customers. their customer service is terrible and they are highly unreliable. I have experienced issues ranging from all the wrong product being sent to orders not sent at all. In fact my last order I placed 9 days ago and still have not received it. I have to communicate with my doctors office to get any scripts changed, and frankly I have to do every piece of work in the supply chain with the exception of actually filling the box and sending it. I would highly recommend using a different supplier and I would switch right now if I had this long term

This my first order/experience with Comfort Medical after 16 years being supplier by another distributor. The transition was easy and flawless and I couldn’t be more pleased. I am looking forward to many years exceptional service.

Just received my fourth quarterly shipment of supplies from Comfort Medical. They have been very easy to deal with. Everyone I have talked with has been pleasant, professional, informative, and helpful. Each order has been filled correctly and shipped in a timely manner. The comparison with my previous supplier is like night and day!
