My wife had to deal with meds by mail a part of the CHAMPVA system. We had to fight to get at least one piece of equipment for her. Until I was recommended by a local company. And right away they helped us and, it was easy to get what our doctors said that she needs. The shipping is fast and they work with our insurance they do all the footwork and reduce our stress. Now my wife feels more confident and you guys rock! Thank you comfort medical!!!

What service !! My God Mother depends on an electric chair. Hers was not working and I decided to get a back up as it leaves her without mobility when its broken. I called Comfort and talked with a FABULOUS fellow named Paul and within 10 min I had purchased the chair I needed and they delivered THE SAME DAY FREE ! Sean is a FABULOUS fellow as well and the entire experience is TOP FLIGHT!!! I will do all our medical supply business with Comfort from here out. BRAVO !!! Wish I could give them 10 stars !!!

HORRIBLE! RUDE, IGNORANT PEOPLE WHO DO NOT CARE IF YOU RUN OUT OF SUPPLIES. WHEN REORDERING SAYS I NEED DOCTORS ORDERS TO GET A LARGER BAG FOR MY DAUGHTER. I CAN ORDER THE SAME THING ON AMAZON AND I WILL NOW-- THEY TOOK A MONTH WHAT SHOULD'VE TAKEN A FEW DAYS AND I STILL DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCTS!!! AND YOU DIDNT KEEP ME UPDATED
