Delivery right on time. Excellent product.

My product is packaged 3/30 in a heavy duty corrugated container. I store the product on the second floor of my house and am able to put a carton of 90 under an arm and walk it up the stairs. The carton is so easy to carry that if not for the need to hold the bannister, I could easily carry 2 cartons. The 2 deliveries prior to the one I just received, the boxes of 30 were packed in a carton that had to be 20 years old, and so large and bulky that I was unable to bring it thru the front door. I had to unload the several boxes of 30 and carry, one at a time up the stairs....a horrible job for an 88 year old with stage 4 prostate cancer. Your service has always been exemplary with the exception of 2 deliveries. As long as I continue receiving my product in carton of 90, Barry.Tenser and Comfort will be a marriage made in heaven. Thank you so much for your product and service.

Lynette was absolutely fabulous and helping me. I had been working on this for way too long and it was getting really close for my mother and she helped me every step of the way. I greatly appreciate everything you do!

Comfort Medical did a great job contacting my husband reminding him to reorder his ileostomy supplies. The call center rep was very understanding and kind. In addition, a Specialist from the company contacted my husband and she sent him samples, then followed up with him to discuss the items. Shipping took a little longer then usual, however I understand that its the holidays and issues with Covid-19 that delays normal procedures. The one negative thing about the mist recent order was that the package was sent to my old address. I found this peculiar because he already received 2 boxes to the new address. We had to pick them up. Wasn’t too bad because the old address is only 14 miles.

My telephone call to Comfort Medical was answered promptly and pleasantly. My request to repeat our previous order took only a couple of minutes, and we received our new supplies today - within the promised time frame. We send our thanks to the cheerful and effiicient staff at Comfort Medical!

Male catheters have a almost french tip. It works for me about 98% of the time. The ordering and shipping department are very good.
