Never received an email confirmation as promised or tracking information. Slow shipping. Not packed well as medical supplies opened up and were rolling around inside the shipping box. If reading this review, I would recommend another medical supply company.

This goes back several months-- first trying to figure out when next order/ there were 2 weeks when no matter what number called no answer/ then got someone to go over supplies on next order and place it/then some one called and said spray could not be delivered need home address/ then the cathers came but nothing else/ called 7/10 to find out and they said never shipped would try to get out overnight. Since we are talking about life sustaining medical supplies -- this can't be how you do business

This was the first time I ordered from your automated robo call. I received the wrong catheter. Straight tip instead of curved that my Dr changed me too. I can use the ones you sent but please take me off your robo call list. You have very friendly staff who care about you as a customer which I prefer to talk to. I received my order about a week ago but not sure of date.

I tried to call a order in and could not get to talk to any one so i ask for a call back which i never received so i had a message to have my previous order shipped which was for 3- item # 6212061, 3- 5018374, and 3- 5079300. And they sent me 3- 62120061, 12 - 5014204, 3 -5018374, 3 -5078500, and 6 -508805 on order #1076054325, order was shipped on 6/30/2023
